About the Role
As Engineering Director, you will lead and scale our engineering organization, overseeing multiple teams across integrations, platform, and data engineering. You will define technical strategy, drive delivery excellence, and cultivate a high-performing, collaborative engineering culture. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant influence on our technology roadmap and operational impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead multiple engineering teams, providing mentorship, guidance, and career development for engineers and managers
- Define and drive technical strategy, architecture standards, and engineering best practices
- Oversee delivery planning, ensuring high-quality, timely releases aligned with product and business goals
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between engineering, product, and business objectives
- Identify and mitigate technical risks while scaling systems for performance, reliability, and security
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and innovation across the engineering organization
- Maintain visibility into key metrics for team performance, project progress, and system health
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3–5 years in leadership roles
- Demonstrated success leading teams and scaling engineering organizations
- Deep technical expertise in software architecture, cloud infrastructure, and integrations
- Experience with C# / .NET, Azure, SQL/NoSQL databases, and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience in regulated environments (HIPAA, SOC-II, HITRUST) is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated salary range: $150,000 – $190,000, depending on skills and experience
