About the Role

You'll own cloud infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, and platform reliability. This role partners closely with engineering on architecture, security, and compliance.

What You'll Do

• Architect, review, and implement server/cloud infrastructure changes and improvements to ensure scalability, security, and availability
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues affecting infrastructure and applications
• Collaborate with the development team to plan and provision infrastructure that supports application design and operations
• Document infrastructure standards, changes, and conventions
• Partner with information security to maintain compliance (HITRUST, SOC-II, HIPAA) and implement security improvements
• Manage existing cloud networking infrastructure and configure new third-party connections/VPN tunnels as needed
• Track and report against key performance metrics (KPIs):
• System availability and security incident counts
• Change request/ticket completion rates

What We're Looking For

• Expertise in Microsoft Azure (compute, networking, storage, and security services)
• Proficiency with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell, Terraform)
• Experience with CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps or equivalent)
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoint management (e.g., Intune)
• Strong knowledge of security/compliance frameworks (HITRUST, SOC-II, HIPAA)
• Exposure to containerization/orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and database administration (SQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability platforms

Salary & Benefits

• Estimated salary range: $100,000 - $125,000, depending on skills and experience
